These terms apply to the Diamond Scripts website, product information, support communications, and custom-development enquiries.

Product purchases

Released products are distributed through the official Diamond Scripts Tebex store. Checkout, payment processing, licence delivery, and applicable transaction terms are handled through Tebex.

Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the applicable Tebex policy and the terms displayed for the purchased package. Digital products may have restrictions on refunds after access or delivery. Submit purchase-related requests through the relevant Tebex support process or contact Diamond Scripts for guidance.

Licensing and redistribution

Unless a package explicitly states otherwise, purchasing or receiving a resource does not grant permission to resell, redistribute, leak, publish, sublicense, or claim ownership of the resource. Escrowed and editable files remain subject to the package licence.

Compatibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing stated requirements and compatibility information before installation. Third-party frameworks, inventories, billing systems, notification systems, maps, and other dependencies may change independently of Diamond Scripts.

Support

Support covers reasonable help with the resource and its stated configuration. Support may not include repairing unrelated server resources, third-party code, heavily modified packages, or unsupported dependencies unless separately agreed.

Custom development

Custom work requires an agreed scope. A 50% deposit is required before development begins unless a written quotation states otherwise. Within-scope revisions are included. Additional requests or material changes may require a revised quotation and timeline.

Availability and updates

Product features, pricing, availability, compatibility, documentation, and development status may change. Diamond Scripts aims to keep public information accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every external dependency or platform.

Website Cart and Tebex Checkout

The cart and checkout interface on diamondscripts.shop is a custom frontend for Tebex. Tebex remains the merchant and checkout provider responsible for payment processing, applicable taxes, fraud checks, Cfx authorization, transaction records, and configured product delivery. Purchases remain subject to the applicable Tebex checkout terms and refund process.

Account Authorization

You are responsible for authorizing the correct Discord and Cfx/FiveM accounts before checkout. Package delivery and Discord actions are tied to the identities submitted to Tebex. Diamond Scripts cannot guarantee reassignment after delivery to an incorrectly authorized account.

Cart Availability

Prices, package availability, coupon eligibility, gift-card balances, creator codes, taxes, payment methods, and final totals are confirmed by Tebex during checkout. The website may display an estimated catalogue price before the secure Tebex basket is created.
